Our take
I was looking for an all-in-one set for my home gym, and this 5-in-1 seemed perfect. The rubber and iron sand construction feels solid, and the weight is enough for moderate training. Converting between modes is straightforward. However, the push-up stands are a bit small and wobbly. The 44 lb total is fine, but I wish it came with more plates. For the price, it's a decent starter set, but serious lifters will need more weight eventually.
